Instruments can be ordered with a deposit of $100. Ten days before completion you will be notified and the balance will be due. I highly recommend sending a color sample if you are ordering a custom color. Generally the waiting time for a violin is 8-12 weeks.

I accept certified check or money orders. I do accept VISA and Mastercard for deposits but due to the irregularities of international exchange rates I would prefer not to use it for the final payment. All payments should be made to:

Instruments are shipped in hardshell cases with extra bubble-pack inside. Heavy-duty cardboard boxes are used and delivery is by courier direct to your door in 3-5 days. No duty or taxes are applicable in the US. Canadian residents are subject to GST and HST depending on their province.

Shipping costs are $30-$50 in Canada and $60 in the US. Overseas starts at $125.

The Vector Warranty
Vector Electric Violins are warranted for one year to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Exceptions to this warranty are parts not made by us and parts that are subject to wear. Damages due to negligence, misuse and exposure to extremes of humidity and temperature are not covered. Any defects will be corrected without cost.
